Register for conference

Registrations are now open for the 2024 Conference, held in Palmerston North from Friday 31 May to Monday 3 June.

Please fill in the following form, select options, and register. We will email an invoice to you and copy the group that you are representing.

 

AGM Note:
Under clause 6(i) of the FRONZ Constitution, only ONE delegate is able to vote for member groups present at the AGM.
Please ensure your Member Group only has one voting delegate registered. All others should register as “Observer” or “Partner”

Conference options

You can select the full conference option, which includes all conference sessions and events on Saturday, Sunday - including site visits, and the Conference dinner. Or select the parts of the conference you would like to attend

Full Conference Option Includes:
  • Saturday Conference Sessions
  • Sunday Conference Sessions
  • Sunday afternoon trip to visit Pahiatua Railcar Society
  • Sunday evening. FRONZ Awards dinner.
Note: This option DOES NOT include transport for the FRIDAY, SUNDAY or MONDAY Trips. This needs to be selected as additional items.
